Q: Are our mugs lead-free and food-safe certified?

   A: Absolutely! All our mugs are lead-free and meet food safety standards.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
   A: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 3-5  days

Q: Do you offer express delivery?

   A: Yes, we offer express delivery options for faster shipping. Please select your preferred shipping method at checkout. 

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
    A: Not at the moment, but stay tuned for future international shipping options!

Q: How can I track my order?
   A: Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
   A: We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our full Returns Policy.

Q: What should I do if my mug arrives damaged?
   A: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including a photo of the damaged item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Customization & Gifts

Q: Are your products customizable?

Yes! Many of our products, including mugs and jewelry, can be personalized to add that special touch. Whether it’s a name, a special date, or a custom design, we’re here to make it unique for you.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
   A: We currently don’t offer gift wrapping, but all of our products are packaged with care to make them feel special when they arrive.

Q: How do I care for my products?
   A:
For our mugs, we recommend handwashing to preserve the designs. Our blankets are machine washable, but please check the care labels for specific instructions.
