Returns Policy

At Bubbles&Hearts💕, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return policy:

Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility: You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Non-returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, custom or personalized mugs and jewelry are not eligible for return, unless damaged or faulty.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact us at bubblesandheartss@gmail.com, including your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your mug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different style or size, please follow the same process as a return, and we will guide you through the exchange steps.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
